Decision of the evaluation committee will be considered final and cannot be contested by any party.
Applications with misleading information will be disqualified.
The applications must be filled in the prescribed format in English.
The plan / venture should not belong to the following industries - alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, and explosives.
Applicants must enter the competition on their own behalf. Entries by proxy will not be accepted, even for family members.
The entries are not transferable.
Applicant must have an existing business in India.
