• All the information and data of the applicants will be used purely for evaluation and not for any other purpose.

• Decision of the evaluation committee will be considered final and cannot be contested by any party.

• Applications with misleading information will be disqualified.

• The applications must be filled in the prescribed format in English.

• The plan / venture should not belong to the following industries - alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, and explosives.

• Applicants must enter the competition on their own behalf. Entries by proxy will not be accepted, even for family members.

• The entries are not transferable.

• Applicant must have an existing business in India.
