About down town Venture Labs Foundation (dtVL)

down town Venture Labs Foundation (dtVL) is an incubation center established under the visionary initiative of Assam down town University and supported by MeitY, Govt. of India. Founded in 2015, the incubator has been playing an important role to promote technology innovation, entrepreneurship and Startup initiatives in the region. In July 2022, dtVL was registered as a Section 8 company. As an incubation center, dtVL has been instrumental in supporting and nurturing startups in Assam and beyond and has provided both financial and non-financial incubation support to numerous innovative ventures. Till date, dtVL has extended its financial support to over 25 startups, enabling them to realize their business ideas and aspirations. Many of these startups have gone on to become successful companies, generating over 300 job opportunities in Assam and other regions.
